These General Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered by Clean Care Facility through the website cleancare-facility.ch. Deviating conditions from the customer apply only if they are explicitly acknowledged in writing by Clean Care Facility.

A contract is concluded when Clean Care Facility confirms the customer's order in writing or by email. Additional agreements or changes require written confirmation.

The agreed services are provided according to the contract or confirmed order. Changes in the scope of services require prior and formal agreement.

Prices are based on the price list valid at the time of the order. Payments must be made within the period specified on the invoice without deductions, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clean Care Facility is liable only for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent behavior. In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damage at the time of contract conclusion.

The contract can be terminated by either party with a notice period of 30 days, unless otherwise agreed. The termination must be in writing.

Clean Care Facility commits to complying with Swiss data protection laws and to handling customers' personal data confidentially, using it only for purposes necessary for fulfilling the contract.

Swiss law applies to all disputes arising from or in connection with this contract. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Clean Care Facility, unless a different legal provision applies.

If individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
